Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a credit memo within 30 days of the date of shipping.
To request a credit memo, please contact us at jenessco@jenessco.com and provide your purchase order number and reason for return. We will evaluate your request and get back to you with an RMA if your request is approved.


Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom products

  • Products that have been used or damaged

  • Products that were shipped more than 90 days ago

Here are some additional details about our refund policy:

  • Credit Memos for future orders will be the default way to offer a refund.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used or damaged.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been purchased more than 90 days ago.
